  • Please click the link before and fill out our questionnaire! Choose the service that best suits your home. We'll confirm the details, availability, and pricing before your appointment, making the process simple from start to finish.

  • The time required depends on the size of your home, its current condition, and the service selected. We'll provide an estimated timeframe in advance so you can plan your day with confidence.

  • We approach every home with discretion, respect, and attention to detail. Access arrangements and any special instructions are discussed before your appointment, so you can feel comfortable welcoming Kept into your space.

  • Yes, you can ask about extras such as inside-oven cleaning, refrigerator interiors, interior windows, laundry, or linen changes. Add-ons will be arranged before cleaning begins. Please select your preferred add-ons while filling out our questionnaire.

  • Each service has its own detailed checklist, from routine upkeep to more intensive deep cleaning and move-in or move-out services. Visit our Services page to compare packages and see exactly what's included before booking.

  • Pricing depends on your home's size, condition, the type of cleaning required, and any additional services requested. You'll receive a quote for approval before your appointment, so you know what to expect.

  • Absolutely! When filling out our questionnaire, you’ll see a section for “frequency of clean”. You’ll be able to sign up for a one-time service, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly care.

  • We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling policy will be shared when you book.

    *Charges may occur if cancellation does not happen before 24hrs of service.

  • We service is the Dallas area including Northern, Western, and Central Hub; Plano, Frisco, Mckinney, Allen, Richardson, Northern Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Uptown & Arts District
